UNIFIRE is a specialized company in the fire safety and firefighting systems sector, with a long-standing history and a primary focus on equipment maintenance, technical visits, and critical contract management.
UNIFIRE possessed valuable expertise and specialized processes developed over many years, which were at risk due to the use of an inadequate legacy software system.

The solution

Field Service & Visitation Scheduling: Creation of a digital plan for monitoring and controlling field operations (technicians and salespeople).
Customer 360° View: Consolidation of all customer information (history, contracts, pending issues) into a single screen.
